1. Services
The Performance Drive provides:
- Physiotherapy assessment and treatment
- Performance testing and analysis
- Strength & conditioning guidance
- Return-to-performance planning
2. Booking & Payment
- Payment is required at the time of booking or immediately after the session
- Prices may be updated at any time with notice
3. Cancellations & Missed Appointments
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule
- Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full
4. Health Information
- You must provide accurate and complete information about your health and injury history
- You must inform us of any changes to your condition
5. Participation & Responsibility
- Participation in assessment, rehabilitation, and performance testing is voluntary
- You agree to follow guidance provided during sessions
6. Risk Acknowledgement
- Physical assessment, rehabilitation, and performance testing carry inherent risks
- By engaging in our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks
7. Results & Outcomes
- We provide structured, high-quality services
- Results cannot be guaranteed and depend on individual factors including effort, consistency, and response to training
8. Data & Privacy
- Your personal and health data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Data is used to support your assessment, rehabilitation, and performance pathway
9. Third-Party Systems
We may use trusted third-party platforms, including:
- Booking systems (e.g. Cliniko)
- Performance testing systems (e.g. VALD)
These providers operate under their own privacy policies.
10. Liability
- The Performance Drive is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in services, except where required by law
- You agree to participate at your own risk and follow professional guidance
11. Intellectual Property
- This website and its content (including design, text, graphics, and branding) are owned by or licensed to The Performance Drive
- Reproduction is not permitted without prior written consent
12. Unauthorised Use
Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
